Yeah, not even anything major. Just a slight change in your diet, adding fruit and greens can make a huge difference. Fasting is really where it comes down to. Limit yourself to 2 meals a day, one at night and one in the morning-ish around 10-12. You're going to feel very hungry in the middle of the day but the more you do it the longer you can go. I eat dinner at 8 and eat breakfast at 12. For the rest of the day I don't even feel hungry until dinner time comes around. You also need to understand that you need to focus on relaxing exercises to lose body fat. Walking, swimming, stretches, yoga, etc. These will put your body at ease which can burn fat quicker. Hardcore cardio and weight lifting doesn't lose as much weight because you're putting your body under stress, you're hurting your body which then repairs it's self after a work out. That's how you build muscle, not burn fat. Sorry for mucho texto

No your completely good this is good stuff. I usually eat 1-2 meals a day but that alone isn't do anything I'm on and off with working out so I just need to establish schedule and pair it with calorie counting. Just went to the gym and necked an acai bowl so its a start!

The more you do it the easier it gets, honestly the secret to getting on track is a routine. It can take awhile but patience is key!
