I don't watch many shows, but by far my favorites have been "You" "Dexter" "AHS" (all of them, but my favorite is Freak Show), and Hannibal.

Books

I love horror and poetry. Some of my favorite books are "We Are Here to Hurt Each Other" by Paula D. Ashe, "Off Season" and "Offspring" by Jack Ketchum. My favorite authors would be Jack Ketchum, Stephen King, Anne Rice, Clive Barker, etc.
