Operation: Midnight Climax

General

We formed in January 2023, we met on facebook (we don't wanna talk about it). Since then we have been practicing loads, mostly playing covers, and recently we've been writing original stuff, our goal is to have something recorded this year. We are based in Kent but are all from different towns, and in December 2023 we played our first gig ever in Maidstone to like twelve people. We are a three-piece with no bass player (not by choice, we just can't find one, lol) but we make do. Our members are Olly (lead vocals, guitar). Joshua (guitar, backing vocals), and Seb (drums, backing vocals), Olly is currently the primary lyricist and everyone writes the music, our name is taken from an operation carried out by the CIA in the 1950s that was a sub-project of Project MKUltra, a very unethical mind-control research program. We like attempting to look cool, trying to sound cool, and being vaguely edgy but ironically, if you like those things, you might like us!
