Oh definitely, my latest PC was a Shadar-Kai horizon walker ranger named Samari in my friend's Curse of Strahd game. They've built a life on tracking people who got lost in fairy rings, but eventually also dabbled into bounty hunting and their current mission is to fetch a certain R. von Richten.
However, ever since having entered Barovia, they realised that there's no way out, and is currently still deling with the horrible state the place they've found themself in is :D. Overall they're trying to keep a smile but the amount of semi-obvious deception from both outside and within the party is really putting them on edge and I absolutely love it
