General

I am interested in a variety of things, the ones which occupy me most are books, non-fiction or fiction, movies, anime, internet history, lifting, true crime, YTMND, forums, Imageboards, among some other topics.

Music

I love indie rock, punk, and noise music, but I am open to other genres too. My favourite artists are Crystal Castles, Muslimgauze, Kino, The Garden, Stomach Book, Deutsch-Amerikanische Freundschaft, Vatican Shadow, and Kill me, Ace.

Movies

I love arthouse, crime, thriller and drama movies. I also watch movies in other topics, but these are more rare. My favourite movies at the moment are Nightcrawler, Close-Up, Fallen Angels, and Raging Bull.

Television

I'm quite open in my taste in anime, though I have an affinity for movies from the 80s-90s anime. Animes I've enjoyed a lot include Evangelion, Akira, Haibane Renmei, Jin-Roh, Nichijou and Memories. For mangas, I love Chainsaw Man (especially Part 2), Goodnight Punpun, Yotsuba&!, Azumanga Daoih and Welcome to the NHK. My favourite visual novels are Song of Saya and Tsukihime.

Books

I have recently mostly played indie games, but I also like other games. So this includes Needy Girl Overload / Needy Streamer Overload, Deathloop, Risk of Rain 2, Hotline Miami, Death Stranding, Overwatch and others.

Heroes

I am interested in books which discuss economic history, the modern history of the world after 1800 and the rise of mass politics and industrialisation / wage-labour, as well as labour history. I am also specifically interested in the areas of Germany, Russia, USA and Middle East. My favourite non-fiction books at the moment are "No Right to Be Idle: The Invention of Disability, 1840s–1930s" and "The Persistence of the Old Regime: Europe to the Great War." For fiction books, I love Crime and Punishment, Berlin Alexanderplatz and Der Untertan.
