Hi there! I'm Carboniferous. If you somehow stumbled across this profile on accident, congrats!

A lot of the media I consume tends to be decades old. Gaming? Movies? Television? You bet my taste is stuck in the pre-millennium era! Of course I like *some* things post-2000, but I usually stick to my pre-millennium stuff.

I like to collect VHS tapes. Lucky me knows a place near where I live that has truckloads of them for cheap deals! I'm not one of those sickos who collect VHS tapes just for some silly "aesthetic", I like to watch my VHS tapes on an old CRT I have. The only thing I'm missing is a bottle of Crystal Pepsi.

My favourite gaming consoles are the Sega Mega Drive, Playstation 3, and my most favourite of all, the Sega Dreamcast!

My all-time favourite series of games are Sonic The Hedgehog and Team Fortress. God knows I've wasted thousands of hours on both of those franchises. I usually play Team Fortress 2, but I like to play Team Fortress Classic too (oh, and my favourite class in the Engineer). As for Sonic, my two favourite games from the franchise are Sonic 3 & Knuckles and Sonic Unleashed.

I'm a fan of old computers too, and the old internet in general. Way better than the barren wasteland we call the internet today. Personally I think everything is too corporate and modern nowadays, and I actively refuse to use modern social media (unless it's YouTube, I'm kind of forced to use that one). You'll never find me on those TikTaks and TweetXs and Instagraphs that everybody is addicted to, you'll usually catch me on old school forums.

If I'm not wasting my time on mindless computer games, I'm wasting my time shooting arrows at targets. I love archery! It's so satisfying when you manage to get on a streak with your shots. It's also a good workout.
