Tommy Panzram	1707259988 As an advice giving Australia profile I require some Australian advice. I hate working out. It's just not interesting to me. I find running on treadmills or lifting weights or any of that to be incredibly boring. However, I find going outdoors and exercising to be not just fun but a welcome treat. The issue is that I work all day at a desk and cook dinner for the household after work, and since the parks all close at sundown where I live I can't seem to get outside - so I just get increasingly out of shape. It doesn't help that I don't live in a town where walking between places is an option due to the distance and lack of sidewalks. Do you have any Aussie advice for how to keep in shape when the only way you can enjoy exercise doesn't fit in your normal schedule? Report Comment if possible, switch up your sleep schedule so you go to bed earlier and wake up earlier, this way you may have some time to go for short walks where you're able to earlier in the day where possible, or just go and find a nice place to go to get fresh air. along with this, you could make time on the weekend to go out into the bush for hikes and/or bike rides so you spend a sufficient amount of time being outside like you wish. generally the rule for improving fitness is 2 times a week to maintain, 3 times or more to improve, so try to go off of that if you can. alternatively, you could make time after work for aforementioned short walks. hope this helps mate, gl :) by Australia; 1707261317; Report Sound advice.
