Tricia Tucker	1691546661 Bashing on Kyman So normally, when I come across kyman content I just scroll or block whoever made it, but I recently came across a community post that really ticked me off so I’m gonna rant about it because I have nothing better to do The post itself was explaining why the person shipped kyman (not one sided) and for Kyle’s reasoning it was some shit like “Kyle obviously cares about Cartman because when he broke his shit and found out later he was innocent he cried!!!!” And some other stuff like “if Kyle REALLY hated Cartman he wouldn’t have done this!!!” And so on. … Bro. One of the main aspects of the entire show is hammering in the fact that Kyle GENUINELY hates Cartman. He only does those things because it’s in his nature. It’s part of his character to care about other people, no matter who they are or how much they’ve wronged him. That does not mean that he likes/has feelings for that person, at all. And even if, EVEN IF, Kyle reciprocated to Cartman’s unhealthy love/obsession, it would still be toxic, because they just don’t work together. Cartman is a sadistic asshole who does not care about who or what he affects as long as he gets what he wants, and even though he has saved Kyle’s life, he has also tried to kill him multiple times. Yes, Cartman has been shown to have the capability to grow and learn from his mistakes, but being a N@z1 IS part of his character. Sure, he is a “backwards kid surrounded by shitty influences” but he literally goes out of his way to ruin Kyle’s life multiple times, EX: deporting him and getting his family separated, and attempting to start World War 3 against his people. He literally targets the entire population of Jews, but sure, they get along just fine!!!!!!!/sarc It has been stated multiple times in the show that Kyle does not even consider Cartman a friend. The reason he chooses to stick around him/hang out with him in free time is because of an idealistic belief that there is some good in everyone, even in Cartman. I’ve also seen people in the comments defending this ship by saying “Kyman isn’t abusive because Kyle can defend himself so he isn’t a victim!!!!” There are other ways relationships can be abusive even if Cartman doesn’t hit/physically hurt Kyle. Cartman is very experienced at manipulating people into getting what he wants and has manipulated Kyle several times. Even if Kyle isn’t being hurt here, that’s like saying “oh Yknow… my bf tries to kill me sometimes, but that’s ok I can defend myself and I can change him!!!!!!!!!” No, that’s just straight up toxicity.
