I would say in my opinion the first book is a bit better, but the second one is also amazing. I would give it a solid 4 while I would give the first a 5 :p It is definitely worth reading imo

If you're looking for more fantasy books I would rec "Ink in the Blood" by Kim Smejkal! It is part of a duology but if I'm being completely honest I could not get through the second book
>.< The first one is AMAZING though! It is one of my favorite books ever. I also read mystery and realistic fiction, I can give some for those too if ur interested ^-^
