Movies |
One i deeply appreciate would be La Haine from 1995. Its an incredible thriller set in the outskirts of Paris; it shows the two opposing reactions to oppression and alot of the deaths and scenarios are inspired by real killings by police officers in Paris during that time. its incredibly captivating and well written and you should watch it. Persopolis is a great movie, i came across it at a perfect time as Irans revolution had recently interested me and well, i love punk rock and nice animation. I also really enjoyed Rocky Horror Picture show, SLC Punk, and Spike Lee's Malcolm X. |

I only occasionally watch TV shows (sorry im a bum on alot of fronts) My favorite shows I've watched are Moomin, Dungeon Meshi, Infinity Train, Superjail!, Steven Universe, Adventure Time. |

One of the best books I've read has to be The end of Policing by Alex Vitale. I am currently reading The "S" Word by John Nichols, Catcher in the Rye (wanna know why that guy shot Lennon) |
