プロフィールへようこそ！I'm kat, a 16-year-old australian girl who loves to learn, but hates doing so in school. my interests primarily revolve around the japanese language & culture (kimono, maiko-san, & traditional music), & the cultures of the far north; such as the iñupiat, the sakha people, & the haida- with a particular interest in the yakutian khomus. I'm a highly spiritual & intuitive person, but am currently focusing on the character of my mortal form; I hope to use my sacred little space to encourage my own growth & finding of joy. you are more than welcome to interact with me on my blog posts, even if we're not added as friends! よろしくお願いします ♡

I'd really like to read matsuo basho's work! we're quickly descending into winter down here in australia, so I will hold this haiku close. there is much depth within it yet to be uncovered, as is the case for any good haiku.
