These guys lean heavy on '00s post-hardcore, but mix it w/ post-punk kind of in the vein of Disintegration-era Cure. Really great guitar sound to their stuff.
Scavenger Parade - https://scavengerparade.bandcamp.com/album/exile
This is a local deathrock project. The follow-up album Upheaval is a bit more consistent than Exile, but I really love the last 3 tracks of Exile. It's a much rawer, kind of ragged approach to the style. I don't think they play live much, but I wish they did!

Vickis Dream is a deathrock/punk band who've been kicking around for a while. They're better live, but "Wendigo" off the album is nice.
Psychic Death - https://funeralhum.bandcamp.com/album/ghostface-cowboy-ep
'Nother Funeral Hum band. They went from heavy psych to post-punk to this noisy, dance-infused goth sound they have now. I haven't managed to catch them live, but based on a video of a show they did in Athens, I think they may also be better live. This EP is nice, but maybe doesn't do the energy of their live stuff justice.
