Well, it's important to know that slavic mythology isn't as "organised" or "clear" as greek mythology for example. There's not many sources . Many tribes had different myths surrounding the same deity which is common in myth in general. Though slavic tribes had multiple names for same deities, likely because they lacked a standardised pantheon.
Slavic mythology is a broad term, there is a lot to say about different gods, creatures, practices ,beliefs.. and since you mentioned baba yaga, i suppose you'd be interested in mythical creatures. Baba yaga is mentioned in eastern slavic folklore, and to be honest, i don't know much about her :(. Since i'm from the Balkans, i can tell you about a myth that caused me nightmares when i was a kid. We have a holiday here called Todor's saturday(Todorova subota). It's believed that if you turn around, saint Todor will "run you over with his horses".
It's a christian holiday now but it has roots in slavic paganism. Our ancestors believed in demonic horsemen by the name of "Todorci"(they had a different, taboo name, people dared not speak, and nobody knows their real name now), half men half horses(men grew out the horses back),who were incredibly hostile towards humans, and would not hesitate to topple you over or cut you with their swords. Their leader was limping, therefore he stayed behind others.
But as i said, there is a lot to talk about , and it's probably a lot easier in chat :<
