Regarding the audio: When the voice actor of Shinji recorded the last episode of Evangelion it was also the first time he saw it. As most people, he was really baffled by the ending and so he asked the director if he could rant while the credits came on screen. So its just him in Shinjis voice ranting about the ending lmao and they actually left it in haha

Its an anime from the 90s! And my favorite series :D
It starts off as a kind of mecha/action anime but it becomes more and more psychological and straight up bizarre and its sooo amazinggg aaaah my profile pic is also from one of the main characters ^^
