Who I'd like to meet:
Do you want to wed into friendship? It’s a very sacred thing considering we both have such limited time to become friends with each other. Also, people from 1000 years ago can’t be your friend. Likewise, if you were born 1000 years ago you couldn’t be my friend. Or the other way. Every person is unique, right? I really don’t know… the thing about knowing that, is that you have to meet people to find out.
Friends are very valuable. In a way, making a good friend could be more beneficial than spending your life studying to become a doctor. What if you lost everything, but that friend was there to support you? What if you worked together to save your lives? A dog is a good friend. But a human friend could be like an extension to your brain.
Maybe if I was able to tell everything I ever knew to a friend, it would be like a part of me could live on in that friend in a very superficial way. Maybe that would prove everyone is unique. What if I could become a vessel for lots of past friends to live on within. I would be okay with trying to be your friend, or working together with you to workshop the definition of “friend.” We could come up with our own separate thing, that is not a friend in a traditional sense, but something of our own invention that is molded to our dynamic and mental chemistry.
