¡No mucho! Depende del país, pero en general las letras se pronuncian igual. Lo que más cambia es el vocabulario; aún así, los hispanohablantes no suelen tener problemas comunicándose. La diferencia no es mucho mayor a la de Estados Unidos y Reino Unido.
