i like all sorts. I love to play music with my friends. I play the saxophone, the bass and the guitar. i was raised on punk music and northumbrian folk songs. im an avid joni mitchell appreciator. Blue is the best album ever written. i listen to a lot soul and r&b and i wont let anyone bad mouth country music. i adore country music - if you hate country music try: tyler childers, gillian welch, truckstop honeymoon (some of my favs) and get back to me. Of course i cant neglect the holy trinity of tortured lady singer-songwriters: mitski, phoebe bridgers and lorde. also i just discovered Lucy Dacus through Phoebe bridgers and i am in every way enamoured. ily lucy thanks for writing cartwheel 4 me

the how to train your dragon trilogy are some of the best films ever made and this is the hill i will die on. also the princess bride also the 2005 pride and prejudice film😻

Buffy The x files twin peaks charmed campy 90s supernatural shows have me in a fucking chokehold.

Books

im a lover of period piece romances and detective stories im reading 'the transit of venus' by Shirley Hazzard right now - its a bit dense but the prose is beautiful and I'm really loving it.
