Neat! Alot of people love Angel Oracle cards. The big difference is that tarot tells you what will happen, oracle cards give you advice and are usually shaped differently. Examples of tarot cards could be Morgan-Greer (what I started off with) or Rider-Waite Tarot, both are nice. I use the Goddesses and Sirens oracle cards by Stacy DeMarco.
