With regard to adding random people - I know that's the typical culture of the old Myspace (and hence of Spacehey) but I've never done it - not so much to protect my privacy, I just tend not to instantly make friends with people on the internet, my friends list such as it was in 2006 was people I knew IRL - so this is all just to say, feel free to send me requests, if I don't accept them it's really not personal (most likely) or anything to do with you

I'm not sure what the end state of social media looks like. Maybe it was Myspace if it was never mismanaged back in the mid 2000s (or this copy of it). Maybe it's Diaspora, some kind of distributed thing. I like the idea of being in control of how you present yourself (even if I'm not sure I even particularly liked the original Myspace). Here's the thing with Myspace itself, it was early internet. Yes it failed but things were so new and it did have a lot of good ideas (I never used Friendster so I can't really compare).

Who I'd like to meet:
