Das Synth Wave Duo MängelExemplar' aus Düsseldorf wurde 2011 gegründet.
Die Musik ist geprägt durch kühle Synthesizer Sounds und Drumcomputer der frühen 80er Jahre.
Analoge Klänge, eingehende Melodien sind typisch für dieses Genre.
Deutschsprachige Texte, minimalistisch, authentisch mit einer Prise Autobiografie gekoppelt mit synthesisierter Klangerzeugung verschmelzen dann zu dem was MängelExemplar heute und morgen ist.
