I was reading some articles on how to moderate a community, and one of the things they noted is that you can't change the tone of a community by force. so the community needs to set its own tone now. I think they're doing a good job so far but it's a job that's never done. It's true, you can't set the tone by force. But we can definitely set the tone by example. We decide what the boundaries are and I think so far the community it still very healthy.
