my name is kat. I'm an 18-year-old australian girl. my true loves are spirituality, japan and (trauma-informed) relationship psychology, but I'm also interested in radical feminism. my mood changes with the wind (and so is hard to summarise in a short bio), but cultivating a mindset of compassion and intention helps keep me grounded through it all. ...mostly.
