hey dude, i noticed u give advice on gym routines, i'm just wondering what schedule you would recommend for a skinny dude? also love ur profile bro it depends what youre training for! but specifically if ur trying to gain muscle as a skinny guy, eat more. and track it too! because its very common for most guys to underestimate how much they're eating. calculate your tdee in a tdee calculator ( https://www.calculator.net/tdee-calculator.html or just search it up) and eat in a surplus of 300-500 calories. (eg my tdee is 2,300, if i want to gain weight i should be eating around 2,600-2,800). make sure to have a good workout routine. if you need any help on that i can help u out too just shoot me a message or reply once again, general is just focus on compounds (bench press, squats, pull ups etc) for strength :D. however, most importantly, you will not gain any muscle if youre not eating in accordance so make sure to eat a shit ton, if ur not gaining any weight, eat more. and youre still not, eat even more. (progress in terms of appearance will be more noticeable long term, but u can tell weight increases over a few weeks and also u will notice u will become stronger) |
