Bive can enter the elevator on Funny Maze, and has a rare chance of entering the elevator on FNARB. Bive will leave the elevator on the Backrooms floor, the Tumblr Ballpit floor (also known as Dashcon Ballpit), Two Stud Camp, the Slide 4 Admin floor or on the Cardboard Mansion floor. If the elevator is full, or MR is present, Bive will quickly sprint into the maze on the Funny Maze floor, unable to be found by the player afterwards. On FNARB, Bive will stop in the middle of the office for a few moments before leaving through the right door. Reddy's jumpscare plays after she leaves, implying Reddy kills her. Bive is the first and currently only NPC to come from two floors. Those two floors being Funny Maze and FNARB. Bive has three currently uploaded UGC items: "Bive Hairball Head", "Bive Spectacles", and "Bive Teeth". A fourth accessory is planned, in which it'll be the hair on its own without the tuff in front. Bive was originally going to be named Scag, but the name went to Scag. When Bive gets annoyed by the Snowball, Tomato, or Spray Bottle, she talks about something called the Snow Soldier System. It's currently unknown if this is related to something in-game or lore. One of Bive's alternative official renders is a reference to the Spirit Phone album by Lemon Demon.[1] Before an unknown update, if Bive's head hair got painted by WilliamPlayz57, it would glow. Her name is pronounced "bye-vuh/Bīv".[2] One of Bive's April Fools idle dialogue lines is most likely a reference to this tweet. Bive’s glasses glow in the dark, so far it is unknown if this is intentional. Bive is voiced by BARB1ESPACE. [3] When leaving the elevator, Bive may say dialogue belonging to Pilby. Similarly, Prototype may say leaving dialogue belonging to Bive. Bive doesn't get killed by the ceiling spikes due to where her model is positioned. Bive is said to be a conspiracy theorist.[4] She appears to have some form of paranoia based on the way she speaks and acts. She is a self-appointed detective.[4] It is confirmed by Yeuc_c both on Twitter and Tumblr that Bive and Split have feelings for each other.[5] However, they are not in a relationship, according to TheCanvasCreature on Tumblr.[6] She is m-spec. [7] Though, she does not identify with any specific sexuality. She is lactose-intolerant. According to Yeuc_c in stage, Bive weighs roughly the same as an average person due to how dense her hair is. Bive is made completely out of hair.[8] Her bones are made out of highly condensed hair. The only parts of her that isn't made of hair is her nervous system and partially her muscles. Bive considers hygiene "arbitrary", according to dialogue with Gnarpy. It seems that Bive makes Spud uncomfortable when she asks Spud about what happened to them. She does not trust Pest at all, and given the chance, she would run away from him as fast as possible.[9] She cooks mold over an open flame and cuts it up to use it as seasoning. [10] According to Yeuc_c, Bive is a lab accident. [11] Bive has very good focus when she is heavily concentrating on something.[12] She is easily startled by loud noises.[12] Bive despises the country pop music genre, as she believes it is made to trick people into buying red pickup trucks. She is concerned specifically about bright colors of vehicles, since she believes it allows the clown militia's cars to blend in with normal vehicles easier.[12] Bive would be into lost media, and talk about it like a murder case. [13] Bive listens to most of whatever is playing on her radio. She does not trust a fair amount of radio stations.[14] She is dressed in stolen clothing. [15] Bive would wear anything, and is not too picky about style. This is as long as she believes that this won't get her hurt. [16] The Dodge Teh Teapots floor freaks Bive out. Bive is 5'9.[17] Bive doesn't have a favourite instrument, but she wouldn't trust pianos.[18] She would be a safety hazard if she came into contact with static. [19] Bive hates MR.[20] She knows things about it that others do not. Bive does not trust Enphoso.[21] Bive feels like horse hair. Bive is dealing with a very real stalker situation. Once the Gumball Machine floor comes up, DrRETRO has a chance to peek from the top of the elevator and then eventually fall, entering the elevator. She will spin left to right during her trip in the elevator. DrRETRO will exit the elevator on the Happy Home Party, Tumblr Ballpit, Slide 4 Admin, Two Stud Camp floors. If MR is in the elevator, DrRETRO will kill it with purple lasers from her eyes. However, this also kills DrRETRO in the process. Additionally, if any NPC with less than 50 HP is present in the elevator, DrRETRO will heal them to their maximum HP. She does this via green lasers from her eyes. Players can throw a snowball at DrRETRO to make her talk. If they throw a snowball or tomato at her four times or spray her with the Spray Bottle six times, or shoot her with the Tiny Foamer once, she will eventually kill the one responsible via purple lasers from her eyes. Alternatively, if MRManueverer is present on the Shop Space floor, she will also kill them via purple lasers from her eyes and melt them down to a goop. However, MR will still be present in the elevator. This also makes DrRETRO glitch out in the process, where she won't go out to explore the shop and instead stay in the elevator. Contrary to popular belief, DrRETRO is not based off the Animal Jam emojis. She is based on the Pac-Man design from Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures.[2] Players can get the "MEOW MEOW MEOW" badge by meeting DrRETRO for the first time. Players are also able to get the "IMA FIRIN MAH LAZOR" badge by getting killed by DrRETRO for the first time. DrRETRO does not stop the meteor impact on the Happy Home Party floor. DrRETRO is immune to the neurotoxin from the Hotel Floor. Due to this, she is able to constantly heal the rest of the NPCs in the elevator, preventing them from dying. If the elevator is full when DrRETRO tries to enter, she will kill two random NPCs in it and take their place. It is possible for DrRETRO to not spin due to a bug. The emojis on the DrRETRO thumbnail are from the game "Animal Jam". This NPC is one of the four NPCs that can hurt players. The others are Reddy, PartyNoob, and Spud!. DrRETRO is one of three characters to be capable of killing MR. The other two are Jermbo and Mach. However, unlike these two, DrRETRO dies after she kills MR. There are currently only two instances of when DrRETRO can say something that is not 'translated' from her meowing; she can say "Party!" when leaving for the Happy Home Party floor, and saying "Nuh uh uh!" when zapping a player. DrRETRO's species is a katball.[3] DrRETRO speaks a cat language. This is translated in parentheses when she is sprayed, hit with a snowball, thrown flower petals, or a tomato. DrRETRO's abilities to heal NPCs were referenced in the changelog by saying that she gained her medical license. DrRETRO's birthday is October 10th (10/10). [4] This implies she is the zodiac sign Libra. DrRETRO, not including her ears, is 5'8. [5] DrRETRO learned medicine while in prison. [12] DrRETRO knows who MR really is.[13] DrRETRO and Split would be friends.[14] If DrRETRO had a body, she'd wear a lab coat.[15] DrRETRO does not like Enphoso's prices and thinks it is a scam artist, but still buys items from it's shop.[16] DrRETRO is a traveling doctor.[17] This is because she is fleeing from a multitude of people, it's also why she doesn't have a hospital to work at.[18] She also does work as a vigilante against members of a known cult that framed her for murder. If you gave her catnip, she would roll around in it like a hamster in a ball [19]

FleshCousin speaks entirely in word salad vaguely relating to recent events and rarely will talk in a coherent manner. FleshCousin has a tendency to mimic the speech of other NPCs on the elevator, although their words will still remain incoherent at most, much to the irritation of others. Once the Happy Birthday? floor comes up, this NPC will first be seen as a cake topper. But once the Happy Birthday music comes up, the NPC says "It's my birthday!" and will soon step out of the cake and enter the elevator. FleshCousin mimics the player closest to them when the elevator door opens. On the Funny Maze floor, it can be seen wandering around the floor under the name "Fleshy". According to Yeuc_c, it is confused and lost. [2] The creator of FleshCousin is im_cops, although they didn't make the lore for the species. The name was given by biscuitjon. Once hovered, the name will be the same as the player the NPC has copied, with a "..?" at the end of it. However, the name of the "celebrated" player scattered around the walls will read as "...", and the profile picture will be blank. Players are able to get the "I think I've seen you somewhere" badge by having the FleshCousin disguise itself as themselves. FleshCousin uses an edited version of the original Half Life 2 Headcrab Zombie noise when it speaks. If it spawns in the cage on the singleplayer version of the Jeremy's Domain floor, it initially appears undisguised. When you rescue FleshCousin and get it in the elevator, it begins to mimic a player's appearance like normal. If MR is in the elevator or it is full, FleshCousin will have a frowning version of its smile, walk to its left, and jump up a ventilation duct, dropping the cover and a coin. If The Subway floor occurs, FleshCousin will proceed to walk out onto the subway tracks, and will stay there until it is hit by the train. This is because it wants to board the train but does not know how.[3] If the Backrooms floor occurs, the FleshCousin will walk out of the elevator and slowly walk around the floor. If one person has their music volume down, the Happy Birthday? room's lights will not turn on, and FleshCousin will not enter the elevator as a result. The idle dialogue lines "Is what you yes?" "Who had you was?" "Did you whatever," "whatever you I guess?" and "It was catastro, catastro-feeling good" are all lyrical references to the song Stuff Is Way by They Might Be Giants. [4] FleshCousin's dialogue has multiple references to music. Other references include "I've Seen Footage" and "Hacker" by Death Grips. In the Funny Maze floor, there is a chance that players can find a FleshCousin-like character, but instead it would have the name 'Fleshy'. FleshCousin's look in-game is drastically different to its render. This is because DaftCinderss (the contributor who created the renders) was given permission to make them look fleshy. FleshCousins used to be called Skinwalkers. FleshCousins copy the person closest to them. Yeuc_c stated that the FleshCousin copies the look of other players because of their natural instincts, since one of their survival methods include mimicry of other species in their environment. [5] They also compared it to stingrays, claiming it will only attack if threatened. [6] This is not reflected ingame, as it does no harm to the player. Under the paper mask of FleshCousin is just a hole.[7] Nothing is inside this hole, it's just a pit.[8] The blood of a FleshCousin is blue.[9] FleshCousin's favorite fish is a pufferfish. A FleshCousin's favorite food depends on the FleshCousin but is often salmon. FleshCousins’s favourite song is the Crazy Bus Title Screen theme. If FleshCousin is mimicking someone, it’ll like the same or similar music. [10] A group of FleshCousins is called a "fleece".[11] The piece of paper that appears to be covering a FleshCousin’s face is actually a flab of skin.[12] Despite the mask not changing on their emotions, the mask can be erased and redrawn.[13] A FleshCousin's favorite drink depends on the person it is mimicking but otherwise is river water.[14] FleshCousin is typically 5'9, but it depends on what/whom it is mimicking. [15] FleshCousin speaks a language called "Word Gibberish". Example: "Two and the bark tree and cat." FleshCousins do not properly know any human language, they simply repeat what they have heard. [16] FleshCousins are known to get along with parrots.[17] If you were to make a FleshCousin listen to a song on repeat, it would eventually start repeating the song. [18] Fleshy is a wild FleshCousin[19] that is very lost and confused.[20] If you were to bite into FleshCousin, it would taste like poultry.[21] FleshCousin is squishy in a fleshy way.[22] FleshCousin is not fully sentient.[23] There are imperfections with how FleshCousin mimics others.[24] FleshCousins can technically come in any color.[25]

Gnarpy's green spaceship malfunctions in the forest at Two Spud Camp, crashing into the secret area of the camp, where xe will proceed to sneak into the elevator. There is a 50/50 chance for either xem or Spud! to enter the elevator on the floor. Gnarpy was originally designed by AFRMation on Twitter, however got redesigned due to their negative reputation. Gnarpy was a Regretevator OC before being added to the game.[2] Players are able to get the "CRASH LANDING" badge by meeting Gnarpy for the first time. If you die before the UFO invasion ends, you will not receive the badge, meaning you must survive the event to get the badge. Gnarpy does not currently have a sitting animation, causing xem to slide in the Slide 4 Admin floor T-posing. If MR is in the elevator, Gnarpy will not enter the elevator; instead, xe will continue running, presumably to find another hiding spot. Xe currently has the most models, with four models in total. Gnarpy has TBA on sale UGC items. Gnarpy's previous audio for when xe got hit with a snowball or sprayed is originally from Deltarune. Specifically, the screaming sound Noelle makes when Maus gets near her in the mouse puzzle rooms. Gnarpy's talking audio is originally from the "guy who forgot to turn off their voice changer in class" video. According to the same guy, he accidentally bumped into the Synth effect of the Roland VT-3 vocal effect processor before asking the question, causing him to sound the way he does in the video.[3] Ingame, the clip is sped up by around 25%. This is the only NPC that uses a skinned mesh, instead of the regular blocky R6 rig that the old design used. Likely due to this, when spectating xem with the "Snap to Head" option enabled, the camera does not attach to xyr head, instead, stuck above their root. The Gnarpy, despite being an alien, xe used to have more furry details in xyr old design, making it more "furry-ish" than "alien-ish" The new design made Gnarpy look more alien-like, removing the furry details and adding an extra pair of eyes, ears and arms, adding an extra tail, and making xyr head "float" above their torso. Gnarpy is based on the :gnarpy: emoji in The Axolotl Sun official Discord server created by pizzacruzt on Discord but it was removed after the redesign. Gnarpy will leave the elevator on the Turret floor. The 2024 April Fools' version of Gnarpy features no animations, being always stuck in a T-pose, and never enters the elevator. Using the Spray Bottle or Snowballs on Gnarpy multiple times will cause xem to zap the player. Gnarpy's birthday is August 9th. [4] According to yeuc_c, Gnarpy is evil.[5] Gnarpy is from the planet Gars, which is a fictional planet. Gnarpy's name is not actually "Gnarpy," as there's no actual naming system there. Xe just prefers to be called that. Gnarpians are divided into classes: citizens, soldiers, co-leaders, and main leaders, each having pre-defined roles to follow. Every army can have up to two co-leaders, depending on how much work they have to do.[6] The blue spaceships on the floor are soldier gnarpians, which are blue with white stars. [7] Gnarpy is ranked as a co-leader in the Gnarpian military because xe was born green (which makes xem special). [8] As such, Gnarpy is slightly bigger than those who are below xyr class. There are also purple gnarpians who are leaders [9] Gnarpy's favorite food is Gnarpian glorpnorps. [10] Gnarpy can only consume fruits. Gnarpians can communicate with other creatures like them. Gnarpy likes cats[11] but thinks it's weird to own them as pets.[12] Xyr name is pronounced "narpy" because the G in xyr name is silent.[13] Gnarpy mostly listens to death metal.[14] It is canon that Gnarpy and/or Gnarpians greet other characters who are similar to them by tapping said people on the face with their whiskers. [15] Gnarpy dislikes but tolerates DrRETRO.[16] According to Yeuc-c, Gnarpy likes to frolic on No Violence Sundays. [17] Gnarpy would watch Invader Zim but would be outraged at the terrible job Zim was doing at taking over the earth. [18] Gnarpy is made happy by destroying xyr enemies and the music xe likes.[19] Gnarpy eats uranium on a daily basis. [20] The stingers on Gnarpy’s tail do actually work, and they HURT. [21]

Infected will enter the elevator from the Infected Apartment floor, specifically from his apartment room, or from (solo player only), Jeremy. Infected will exit the elevator on the Happy Home Party, Cardboard Mansion, Tumblr Ballpit and Shop Space floors. If the elevator is full, he goes back into his apartment and plays on his computer. While not being directly related to Infected, there is 1 UGC accessory that is connected via his dialogue relating to skating, this being the "Unpleasant Gradient Skateboard", which is a reference to Unpleasant. Infected's old face was uploaded to GameBanana in 2020. It was changed for unknown reasons, with the best guess being that the developers did not have permission to use it. [3] Players are able to get the "I PAUSED MY GAME TO BE HERE" badge by meeting Infected for the first time. Players are also able to get the "BANNED FOREVER" badge by annoying Infected for the first time using either the Spray Bottle, Snowball, or the Tomato. Infected's previous sound when he gets sprayed by the Spray Bottle or hit by a Snowball is the "D'oh!" sound clip from The Simpsons. Infected can infect the elevator. Infected is from an old Roblox roleplay game. [4] The apartment that Unpleasant appears in is actually Infected's apartment, Unpleasant just happened to be there.[5] Infected is a skater that enjoys 2000s clothes, music and slang, since that's what he grew up with.[6] Infected lives permanently, but is mentally stuck in 2010-2012s Roblox roleplay games. [7] If he was introduced to the modern era he would be very confused.[8] Infected used to have a pet cat named Poptart. After Unpleasant began randomly appearing at Infected's apartment, the cat disappeared.[9] The cat's name was likely a reference to Nyan Cat. Poptart was most likely eaten by Unpleasant.[10] Infected had a back injury from his skateboard, which is why Unpleasant follows him.(source?) According to the drawing on his computer, Infected is friends with Party Noob and Split. Infected is most likely the "secret skater NPC" yeucc mentioned in a post on tumblr.[11] Infected barely sleeps.[12] When he does sleep, it's on the morph pad in his closet.[13] Infected has an unidentified[14] virus that is also contagious.[15] He's aware of it, but the virus affects his brain and makes him not want to be medicated.[16] Infected received the virus when he brought a free model into his apartment from the thrift store and didn't realize it had a virus script in it. [17] Infected's virus may or may not be a parasite. [18] The virus won't kill Infected, but it's leeching off of him. [19] The virus won't go away until it's cured.[20] DrRETRO's lasers are unable to help Infected with his virus, she'd have to develop a cure.[21] His birthday is March 3rd.[22] This implies he is the zodiac sign Pisces. Lampert can enter the elevator in the 3008 floor, but only after a player manages to find him hiding and posing as a normal lamp, when Lampert is found and clicked, he will sprint to the elevator. If the floor ends while he is sprinting, he will teleport. Lampert was created by Phantom. Lampert was a submission for the NPC contest and won, along with Pilby and Prototype.[1] Players are able to get the "LET THERE BE LIGHT" badge by meeting Lampert for the first time. Although rare, Lampert can get stuck on the objects found throughout the 3008 floor, making it so he can't get to the elevator. You can't push him, as Lampert loses player collision upon being found. If you find Lampert around the same time the elevator leaves, he will only enter the elevator once the floor is over, resulting in him teleporting in and getting stuck inside the elevator floor. Lampert's tail isn't completely attached on his model. Lampert has a single UGC accessory, this being the "Electric Lamp Tail". A custom head is coming soon to go along with the tail as said in this tweet. Lampert seems to have the fastest walk speed out of any current NPC. If Lampert is in the elevator and the 3008 floor starts, the Lampert in the elevator will point in the direction the Lampert in the floor is located.[2] If Lampert is in the elevator when the lights go out or arrives at a floor darker than usual, he will switch on his head to light up the elevator. If Lampert gets sprayed, he will momentarily switch off his head. Lampert will not spawn on the edges of the 3008 floor's map. [citation needed] If Lampert spawns close enough to the elevator, his switch can be heard clicking nearby. Before an unknown update, Lampert's head was turned off when he is hiding in the 3008 floor. Lampert has a huge hatred for germs and likes to stay clean and organized. Although Lampert is not related to Mark or Wallter by blood or family, the two consider him to be a close friend. Lampert's creator first declared it canon, but he later retracted that claim and added that he agreed to the headcanon because he "didn't want to disappoint anyone since it was popular." Lampert does not know much outside of ROKEA, which is why he likes to travel to see new places on the elevator. [7] Lampert seemed to be "friends" with Kasper, before he became known as Infected. This is said loosely because Lampert says he will intend to ruin Infected's life, but also says he hopes Kasper starts feeling better soon. Lampert witnessed Kasper's virus worsen. He felt bad for him, but was mainly grossed out and didn't want to be anywhere near him.[8] Lampert would visit Kasper a lot and traded items that were important to them back and forth. [9] Lampert and Kasper had matching friendship bracelets and t-shirts, the latter being Lampert’s idea. Mannequin_Mark spawns through Stanely's Office floor, where the ceiling of the first room will collapse, with her falling through the now broken roof and saying "Hey Jim." Afterwards, Mark would hop into the elevator, but only if the elevator was not full or if MR isn't in the elevator. This could be because he steps on one of the ceiling tiles and doesn't go back down. Mannequin_Mark can also get stuck outside of the elevator, which causes him to despawn if he doesn't get inside. Mannequin_Mark has a bug where his hat will be white for some reason, It shouldn't be possible.[4] Mannequin_Mark has two dynamic heads, these being "Scratchy Head [ Mannequin Mark ]" and "Sad Marker head [ Mannequin Mark ]". If the player drinks Wet Cement in front of him, Mark will punch the player. Mannequin_Mark has a Southern accent.
