Report Comment Thank you for stopping by <3 I usually make sweet tea by boiling hot water and pouring it in a pitcher with several tea bags. I usually use black tea bags, but if you use Earl Grey tea bags you can have sweet tea that tastes like fruit loops! They have cold brew tea bags, where you can steep them in cold water, but I prefer the boil method. Leave the teabags until the water turns dark brown. Then add desired amount of sugar, it really depends on how sweet you want it. Most people I know do 1 cup per gallon of tea, some do more, some do less. Stir the sugar into the steeped tea after removing the tea bags. Be sure to do this while the tea is still warm, so the sugar properly dissolves.
