I'm a native English speaker and would be happy to help others practice; some other languages I can read decently are German, Polish and a bit of Russian! I've been studying simplified and traditional mainland Mandarin, as well as attempting to understand the Taiwanese dialect. It would be an honour to know more about my boyfriend's mother tongue of Japanese, though my studies aren't getting far, so a language exchange partner would be appreciated.

I'm an aerialist specialising in lyra hoops, as well as someone who trains with a flow arts group and takes professional courses on circus performance + clownery. Despite this, my true passion in life is architecture and trying to bridge the gap between civil design & our connection to nature. Some of the finer things I enjoy are environmental science, dart frogs, diaphonisation, ergodic literature, interactive art exhibits, Chinese theatre, calligraphy, wax sealing and antiques!
