Beyond her musical career as Seraphine in K/DAMAGE, Hyacynth Solveig Shin Alderidge demonstrated business acumen by reviving AE Perfume. Her fashion collaborations and appearances at prestigious events, such as Formula 1 races and Fashion Weeks, indicate her broad influence and strategic networking.
Alderidge
Born on New Year's Eve, December 31, 2000, in Florence, Italy, Hyacynth Solveig Shin Alderidge, the youngest child of Leonard Maxwell Alderidge and Carmina Shin, completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at De La Salle University (DLSU), Philippines. While pursuing her biology degree in the Philippines, Hyacynth participated in a research society, earning several awards for her outstanding academic performance. Her research focused on the application of microbial and biotechnological techniques for the detection of harmful microplastics in human biological systems.
K/DAMAGE Seraphine
In April 2024, Hyacynth Solveig Shin Alderidge, known as Seraphine, debuted with K/DAMAGE, a Prestige Entertainment group featuring AHRI, KAISA, AKALI, and EVELYNN, with the single 'POP/STARS.' Seraphine quickly became a standout member, contributing to the group's rapid rise. K/DAMAGE's success included collaborations like 'TOUCH' with other Prestige artists and the October 2024 release of their award-winning album, 'THE BADDEST,' performed live on Mnet, culminating in their Girl Group of the Year award.
In 2025, Seraphine debuted her solo single, 'Toxic 'til the End,' a deeply personal track that resonated with fans, as she publicly processed a past relationship.
AE Perfume
In 2023, the idea of continuing the family business was made into motion as their father finally named Sage, her older sibling, the company owner. The business flourished as they molded the name from the designs, to producing world class collections. The company gained recognition as they released the first collection last October 2023. Hyacynth even made a limited perfume with Formula 1, as a token for their beloved racer.
Sage & Hyacynth obtained millions an hundreds of awards. The company is still standing strong as of today, marking their 2nd year in the corporate world.
