My name's Cody! It's nice to meet you, probably! I'm a 16 year old boy from the United States. I'm a native English speaker, learning Finnish, Russian, and Japanese! I already speak enough Spanish to get around town. I'm really into weightlifting, games, and nature-related junk. I was hoping to start a garden this summer. I like to listen to Mitski, Laufey, Slaughter to Prevail, Slipknot, Deftones, Greenday, Sublime, Weezer, Yoasobi, iyowa, MFDOOM, and more :D Less so on the topic of listening, moreso playing: I've played violin for ~9 years, and I'm actively learning the E-bass and the electric, acoustic, and classical guitars! Taking AP Music Theory next year as well.

Movies

I don't watch a lot of movies... maybe you'll leave some recommendations in the comments? I do want to begin watching more horror over time, though; I have a lack of exposure which lead to me being a little scaredy-cat.

Television

In general I like shows like Breaking Bad and Peaky Blinders, though I also watch anime and such! Feel free to leave recommendations in the comments! I'll try to get back to you on how they were A.S.A.P.

Books

Okay, I absolutely ADORE reading. I'm a BIG fan of classical literature, and really enjoyed Demian, Moby Dick, and Wuthering Heights. In terms of fiction, I loved WondLa and the Warriors books as a kid. Like always, feel free to leave recommendations! I'm currently reading: Crime & Punishment! Next-Up: No Longer Human
