General

I like movies, art (digital, graphite/charcoal, painting), books, going to the gym and hiking, and music.

Music

I like all genres and I do genuinely mean all genres--from country to dsbm to folk punk and so on. If I think it sounds good I'll listen to it. My favourite bands right now, off the top of my head, are: Car Seat Headrest, Psychonaut 4, Crywank, radiohead, FRIZZ, The Mountain Goats, and Fentanil.

Movies

I'm kinda picky with movies. I like war movies (Jarhead, Blackhawk Down, Dunkirk, etc). Generally I prefer pre-2010s movies just because I feel that now a lot of movies are just remakes or otherwise pre-existing IPs being reused. But again, if I like it, I like it; I'm not a movie snob. I like Fight Club, Steel Toes, No Country For Old Men, Cloverfield, and Seven.

Television

I like Peep Show, Breaking Bad, and Hannibal. I don't really watch a lot of TV.

Books

I love reading. right now I really like Dostoyevsky and Auster; I'm trying to get through as many of their books as I can. I like how they write. I'm quite picky with books, though, so even though I like to read I don't always read very much; a lot of the time I reread books I know I like.
