I created this blog ‘A Day In A Life Of A Borderline’ to perhaps give some insight into what it’s like to live with Borderline Personality Disorder otherwise known as Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder. It’s my hope for myself (and others) to look back and understand why we do the things we do and why it makes sense. You are valid. It’s very hard to express how you’re feeling and what lead up to that point. It’s the lack of capacity to express what you need, what’s happened and to ask for help. I hope my life stories and daily blog gives my fellow borderlines (or those seeking to understand and learn more) some motivation, inspiration and maybe sometimes a little entertainment too. I hope you stick around and enjoy :)
