Movies

My favorite movies are Howl's Moving Castle and IT. I love movies. I especially enjoy 80's/90's movies like Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure, What About Bob, Weekend at Bernie's, Forrest Gump, The Karate Kid, Footloose, Heathers, etc.

Television

It's embarrassing, but I've always had such a love for Stranger Things. Finn Wolfhard does a great job of showing 80s teens, like in IT and ST. I grew up like that- a group of neighborhood kids, barely allowed tech, and hanging out from morning to night every single day. So these are nostalgic in an odd way, and I am into horror, so Stranger Things was a good mix of nostalgia and psychological/sfx horror. I also love the Umbrella Academy, and my favorite anime is Hunter x Hunter.

Books

I love books. I read all of Percy Jackson and Harry Potter in just the third grade. I'm two grades ahead in English, with what I know, but unfortunately, the school says only math students can take higher classes. The book Call Me By Your Name is wonderful, so much more poetic and heartbreaking than the movie. The Hunger Games were great, and I did have my phase. Now I can answer HG trivia perfectly. The Maze Runner is a series that stuck with me, and I still reread it over and over. Song of Achilles was beautiful. Suicide Notes is my favorite book. The Goldfinch is just one of my favorite stories in general.

Heroes

Finn Wolfhard: I'd like to be as successful as Finn Wolfhard. I loved acting as a kid, got uninspired, and now want to get back into it. I'm a musician, and he's making some great music currently. He's awesome. David Bowie: *Heroes haha* David just inspires me so, so much. His music scratches this strange itch in my brain, and I always listen to him while drinking coffee at my local cafe. I feel safe whilst listening to him, and his outfits rock. Gerard Way: I've listened to My Chem for the longest time. He helped me understand my gender and how I feel in my skin, along with allowing me to realize that starving isn't the key to happiness. Pete Wentz: As you can see, I write in a similar style to him. That's because I spent my early preteen/teen years reading his poems over and over again. Fall Out Boy has helped me through so much, even with just the lyrics. And who else could I thank other than ol' Peter Pan?
