General

i like the serene ambiance of cars driving on the road in the nearby distance.

Music

i like most music, but i tend to learn towards alternative indie music. post-punk is my favorite genre. some of my favorite indie artists include Makari, Bohemians, Roosevelt, Randy Goffe, Mom Jeans., Bad Suns, Dayglow, Small Black, Electric Guest, Whale Bones, girlfriends, shinigami, ARIES, Teen Suicide, and Late June. i love hiphop, including SoundCloud rap and Chicago Drill. i know most rock bands from the 80s and a decent amount of 90s grunge bands. i've grown to like country music, but i don't have a lot in my personal library. i like most pop music, but only save the ones that really stand out to me. most of my favorite music has extremely heavy bass. i can't get enough of it. i have music playing 24/7 if i'm not already watching or playing something, or at my job. if you'd like some new music, i am always happy to give anyone music suggestions.

Movies

i'm a huge movie fan. i like any kind of movie, but my favorites are contemporary dramas. i can talk about movies, how they're made, production styles, acting styles, the themes, really any kind of part of filmmaking, pretty much all day. some of my favorite movies include Her (2013), Donnie Darko, Call Me By Your Name, La La Land, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, It's A Wonderful Life, Casablanca, American Psycho, American Beauty, A Nightmare Before Christmas, The Breakfast Club, and a lot more. i love giving recommendations. i usually don't make reviews, as movie reviews have become a completely separate medium than the movies themselves, and i don't have enough energy to get into that medium.

Television

i don't watch as much TV as i do movies, but i've seen a decent amount. i love Cobra Kai and Breaking Bad. i'm a huge fan of sitcoms, especially Seinfeld, Frasier, and Big Bang Theory. just don't bring up Friends around me, i hate that stuff, and will try to convince you that it is terrible. i've watched a lot of cartoons, anime, and other animated series in my life, as well. some of my favorites include Gravity Falls, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Aggretsuko, Homestar Runner, Pokemon, and Invincible.

Books

i love books, literature being my main hobby, especially classics. my favorites include The Catcher In The Rye, Treasure Island, any Ray Bradbury book, any Ernest Hemmingway book, LOTR, and The Metamorphosis. my love for classics inspired the mature themes of my writing, though, i love to write sci-fi as well

Heroes

i like Nick Fury's car from the MCU's Winter Soldier movie.
