My life is boring right now but I'm a big dreamer.

Writing and playing music is my favorite thing in the world, besides going to shows, especially if my friends are playing! I hope I get to do that again sometime soon (get it together, America).

I can't draw or paint but I love making fiber art of all kinds! I love embroidery and cross stitch and making patches, and I just recently learned to knit and weave. Something about making things with my hands grounds me in reality and isn't as frustratingly personal as music can be sometimes.

I love science and knowing how things work, specifically geology. It's the study of everything we're standing on!!

I'm obsessed with the best of the midwest (Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Michigan) for reasons puzzling to anyone around me, but are probably a mixture of labor history, Sufjan songs, snow, and the natural beauty I saw on a road trip there. And everyone is so nice!

If I'm not reading science books, you can find me reading leftist political books.

I have two great goals in life that haven't changed once since I was 10, and I am dead serious when I tell you that they are:
1. To learn Spanish and backpack South America and see the Amazon Rainforest before it's all gone, and
2. To live somewhere snowy someday and own and train a team of sled dogs.

I'm a chaotic but nice person who will always try to make you laugh more than anything else. I want to go roller skating with you! And I believe the workers should own the means of production. I think that's it! :)
