I am obvious a black man, so in my childhood I was surrounded by the sounds of the 90's and other time periods (Michael Jackson, Isley Brothers, Lauryn Hill, Jagged edge, boys 2 men, Joe, Lil bow wow, 3lw, Sammie, Chris Brown, T.I., 50 cent, etc) As a adolescent I loved alternative rock (the Fray, My Chemical Romance, Fall Out Boy, Avril Lavigne, Pink, etc) In my adulthood, I have gone back to my roots (Jamila woods, SiR, Frank Ocean, Drake, Chance the Rapper, Sza, we are KING, Brittney Howard, Snoh, etc) Also Gospel Also Baha'i music Also spirituals Also marching bands Also choirs and a acappella

Movies

The Marvel Cinematic Universe, all of that Most black movies, esp the meaningful and artistic ones (shout out to Jordan Peele) Like history and documentaries

Television

Mostly nostagia stuff like Avatar, Wonder years (old and new), Boy meets world Oh and I vibe with anime and I like some black shows, the meaningful ones (shout out to Issa Rae)

Books

I read mostly spiritual stuff, guidance from the Baha'i faith, letters and other similar stuff For pleasure, I mostly read stuff I have read a million times before Harry Potter series, Twilight, The chronicles of Narnia, or some other nostalgia.
