I suppose I often neglect TV shows in favor of anime. I also talk about anime more with my friends so they have less time to escape my memory, I swear to god I've watched other series but I just can't seem to remember.... In recent years I've come to read more manga than I watch anime, so I tend to forget a lot that I've watched. Jojos, Houseki No Kuni, AOT, Cowboy Bebop, Bleach... definitely a lot more.... |

About me:
Hi! I'm Rose, Astraea, Astra... I'll go by whatever you'd like to call me(as long as it's at least a good name). I like words more than pictures, so my profile might be very wordy. I'm an (incoming) college freshmen majoring in Sociology! I love analyzing the way people think and act the way they do. An especially interesting part of that for me is how people work in groups, and in the entire dynamic of a culture. Fascinating stuff!
In my own time, I like to play my Baritone or my Euphonium! I also play piano and electric/acoustic guitar at a beginner level(hopefully not for long!). I love music, life would just be so dull without it.. I like to engage in photography, specifically slightly melancholy pictures that evoke emotion^ I took the picture shown above(I'm no trained photographer, I just do it for fun).
I love the world that we live in, being able to live in a time with art all around us is truly life's greatest coincidence. Things that can get me lost in their world, exploring complex characters and their dynamic with those around them. Though, a game doesn't have to be enriching or complex to be fun!
Support your local arcades!
When I say arcade, I don't mean the one-off games where you win tickets and exchange them for rewards, I'm talking about retro arcades, complete with tens of cabinets each with a unique game in them. Arcades are a breed of entertainment which are slowly dying out, and that's a modern day tragedy! Some entire genres rely on arcades for a lot of their revenue, including rhythm games and pinball machines(do these count..?). I would hate to see these amazing games fall out of use in my life, so do what you can to keep these establishments afloat!
One last thing I enjoy is roleplaying! HEAR ME OUT! Whether that's in D&D sessions, or massive 50+ player events, making a character and playing as them is its special kind of fun. Though it may sound strange on first glance, roleplaying can be a great way to make new friends. I love making complex characters that have real feeling struggles. You just can't help but to keep coming to play with other people as your own character interacts with theirs.

People with similar interests or with other cool interests... I like meeting people!! Even if you don't share interests please don't feel scared of messaging me or whatever, it's never a bother to talk !!
