General

Generally I am into:

-Philosophy:

Mainly existentialism more than anything else. Though not Camus-type existentialism (Ew) more so Stirner and Kierkegaard, maybe a bit of Nietzsche.

-Writing:

Especially polemical and mocking writing, the type that relies on debilitating zingers.

-Reading:

I generally hate reading most books, which made me think I hate reading in general, but certain books have had a stronger chokehold on me than prime Fortnite. So I can like it... sometimes.

-Adult Cartoons:

I love kid cartoons too, sure, but adult cartoons like Bojack Horseman or Rick And Morty are some of my all-time favorite.

-Tv Shows

Bonus points if the protagonist is a disgustingly morally compromised person.

-Anime:

not broadly, but I do have anime’s I really REALLY love, like Re:Zero or Death Note.

Music

I gained music consciousness quite recently, so I haven’t been listening very broadly, but from the territories I have explored:

-Metallica.

-Radiohead.

-Rex Orange Country.

-Sir-Mix-A-Lot.

-Micheal Jackson.

-Bill Withers.

-The Notorious Big.

-Childish Gambino.

-Rio Romeo.

Movies

I am, movie-wise, illiterate—though that doesn’t mean I haven’t watched any. Megamind was good, Ratatouille was a very also good. Basically any of the Toy Story movies I like, and all of the Spider-Man movies too (Andrew Garfield’s my favorite Spiderman, if you were wondering where I planted my flag). I probably watched more, and liked more than I am letting on, but I really don’t remember. But if I had to name one as the epitome, I would say BrokeBack Mountain? Only one I remember enough to name!

Television

I have a slight over-fixation with this show because, well, I would say it is my “comfort show.” I’ve watched it 5 times, two of which in a row. It was the first show I attempted to make a formal analysis on, and it is way deeper than most give it credit for.

-BOJACK HORSEMAN—NETFLIX:

My favorite show ever. I could talk about it for hours, which is why I will not say more here. Talk to me about it!

-RE;ZERO:

My favorite anime. One of the greatest subversions of a conventional trope ever! Now, season 3 I have a lot to say about… and mostly bad. But season 1 and 2 are masterpieces. Truly, Chief’s kiss, muah!
