你好, my name is Lucía.  To me, being myself means laughing, talking a lot, listening to music, experimenting, and living day by day. I also like getting deeper into my religion, Buddhism, and into spirituality because I love its philosophy and the way it becomes part of your life and makes me question myself a lot.  On top of that, I’m passionate about neuroscience; exploring and learning about it is one of my hobbies. I really enjoy studying fashion design.

Music

I love Melanie Martinez — she truly saved me for a long time. I like artists such as León Larregui, Julieta Venegas, Flvckka, The Marías, Mac DeMarco, Cerati, and Santa Grifa. I really listen to very varied music and I always give new stuff a chance.

Movies

I do watch movies, but I always forget the names. _Perfect Blue_ is a truly beautiful film. Its "copy," _Black Swan_, is also one I love — its aesthetic is very similar to what I see in my daily life. I also love _Alice in Wonderland_ and _The Devil Wears Prada_. Mexican films are all great; my favorite is _Veneno para las hadas_ and _Hasta el viento tiene miedo_.  

As for series, there are many I like, but my favorite is _The Good Place_ because I think it's an amazing show about philosophy and comedy with a great ending. I also like others such as _Black Mirror_ and _Shameless_.

Television

Books

I love reading — it's an amazing hobby. I haven't read as many books as I'd like, but I do like manga. I really love Junji Ito; his drawings, storytelling, and overall creativity are incredible. I recently read _La ridícula idea de no volver a verte_ by Rosa Montero. Honestly, one thing I want is a romance like Marie Curie and Pierre Curie's — that radioactive.
