i'm veeery big on movies. here are some of my favorites, not really in order: "blue velvet" by david lynch, "monster" by hirokazu kore-eda, "la haine" by mathieu kassovitz, "close" by lukas dhont, "la venue de l'avenir" by cédric klapisch, all of the "how to train your dragon" movies, most of hayao miyazaki (i just didn't get around to watching all of them). and, well, generally speaking i love most animated movies and especially the plot and character development heavy ones.
