General

I really love learning. I can stay up into the late mornings consumed in the world of a random college textbook I thought was mildly interesting. my fascination with learning began when I realized just how fortunate I am to be alive and how many resources I have. my favorite subject is between math and the sciences. for me math is like a puzzle. when I need to relax I just take my time completing problem after problem. science has always interested me because it would always strengthen my relationship with God. learning about physics is just learning about Genesis. learning about biology is just understanding how God made me and all other forms of life. the list goes on...

Music

I literally love all types of music, but in a more metaphysical way. the way my brain works transforms any and all sounds to be interpreted as master compositions. I could walk past a construction zone and hum a melody adjacent to the clink and clanging. due to the rise of streaming I am able to listen to so much different genres but I love electronic. Bjork specifically has been at the forefront of all electronic music with her approach to blending both a digital world to the natural world. beyond Bjork I adore figures such as arca, Grimes, fka twigs, eartheater, aphex twin, and many many more... I am also obsessed with the alternative scene (again Bjork) but also Fiona apple and Kate bush. my favorite composer is definitely harry partch. he is not a super famous one but his approach to music, relationship to his audiences, and innovation of new instruments in the early 1900s always allows me to relax someway. his music (along with many on this list) is definitely a struggle to listen to, but if you have the capacity to enjoy the art for what it is it will transcend the meaning of music.
