i carry quiet storms inside my chest. i feel too much and say too little. music keeps me alive when people don’t. i’m not broken, just tired of pretending i’m fine. I have a quiet talent for loving people who give little. I stay when affection comes in fragments, when words are scarce and silences last longer than they should. I don’t beg. I don’t chase. I wait, and I call that loyalty. I know the difference between love and crumbs. I just choose crumbs when they come from the right hands. I’m not broken, just patient in a way that hurts slowly.
