General

i like an insane variety of stuff, so much that i haven't even written it out until now. but, if u dont care enough to read all my blurbs (reasonable. they're long.) or you just want my brain's cliffnotes (reasonable. there's a lot in there.), i like music of all kinds (even a few country songs!!! look at me, being openminded!), i harbor a passion for video games (which i suspect is genetic...), i love art of all mediums, i love to read (give me recs pls), i collect DVDs and i love roller derby (learning how to skate rn... rly wanna join a minor league or something...). wowie... thats a really long set of cliffnotes huh.

Music

oh my gosh, MUSIC!!! where do i even begin? i listen to a whole lotta everything yk? and once i get fluidgenesis back up, i wanna have a dedicated music blog. but my favorite artists are LoveJoy, New Jeans, Car Seat Headrest, Kimya Dawson, Finn Wolfhard (and by that i mean like, his independent and collabrative work. Calpurnia, The Aubreys, his solo stuff, i love it all.), Lesley Gore, Cap'n Jazz, and Alex G. and my like, 10/10, would listen to a gazillion times and love it more every time, albums are Cherry Peel, Twin Fantasy (mirror to mirror AND face to face), The Scholars, One Simple Trick, the Sonic R ost (sounds like an odd pick, but just listen and thank me l8r brotato...), and Race. (not putting the artists, just google it you square..) i swear im cool...

Movies

movies.. oh movies... my third love indeed. (1. my wife 2. music 3. MOVIES!!!!) if you read my cliffnotes, or have been around me irl and asked abt what i like (if you have, im sorry. i mustve talked so much that ur ear imploded) you would know that i collect DVDs. and that i love, love, love movies. ...whats that? you wanna know what my favorite movies are? why thank you, stranger! my favorite movies are (in no particular order, and as a bulletin list because commas are annoying for some of these titles) » Heathers (1989) »Scott Pilgrim vs The World (2010) » But I'm a Cheerleader (2000) » Girl, Interrupted (1999) » Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules (2011) » Juno (2007) » Twillight (2008) » 500 Days of Summer (2009) no explanation. these are fantastic.

Television

dont ask. im still in shock from the stranger things finale. (...mike wheeler they could never ever ever make me hate you.)

Books

i love books! this year i decided to like, read more. like a lot more. which resulted in me being in the middle of 4 books... so really, i should be reading those instead of writing this and watching Scott the Woz. im currently reading "Twillight", "Girl, Interrupted", "The Bell Jar", and "My Year of Rest and Relaxation". all of which i would give a 10/10, like, when i do read, i have to force myself to stop they're so good.

Heroes

hmm... my heroes... definitely Winona Ryder, Miyamoto, Sakurai, Bo Burnham, Sonic the Hedgehog, and Dan&Phil all of those have like, an essays worth of explanation that im not gonna get into right now.
