i’m into tons of genres. my top 5, with corresponding bands ofc, would be 1. visual kei (deadman) 2. post hardcore (SPECIFICALLY pierce the veil) 3. gothic rock (him/she wants revenge) 4. electropunk (mindless self indulgence) 5. i don’t even know gng (midori/machine girl) buttt yk i listen to most things (apart from rave. eugh)

Movies

ichi the killer, for example. that’s my favorite movie. but yeah, gory, horror, realistic, crime, and maybe comedy i dunno. that’s mostly what i’m aiming for. just weird, fucked up, makes no sense and does at the same time, eventually with some twists too, i love those. what i DONT love on the other hand, are movies that sugarcoat everything, with directors that are too scared of the audience, that won’t kill the main characters when needed or they just revive them for no reason at all. that goes for every director out there, not only for movies but for shows, games and manga too. or those cringey ass “power of friendship” bullshit. i hate that.
