General	the night when no one expects anything from me, the cold that awakens my senses, writing so I do not fall apart, watching people without being seen, walking aimlessly, the silence that says more than any conversation.
Music	sad melodies that do not try to heal, broken voices, songs that go along with a heavy world in my mind, lyrics that seem written from deep inside the chest.
Movies	slow, dark stories, where pain is not exaggerated but simply shown as it is. open endings that do not fix anything, characters who carry guilt, memories and decisions that cannot be undone.
Television	series with heavy atmospheres, psychological dramas, stories where emotions are confusing and no one is completely good or completely bad.
Books	poetry that speaks from silence, dark novels, melancholic fantasy, stories where feelings are more important than action and every word leaves a mark.
Heroes	invisible people, those who keep going without applause, those who survive difficult days without anyone noticing.

I walk slowly, as if I were afraid of making noise, and I prefer to observe rather than explain myself. I do not seek to be understood by everyone, only not to be judged.
