About me:

I am very interested in making the most of my time alive, but not in a gross "make people on LinkedIn feel bad by comparison" type of way. Sure I'd like to have lots of money and stuff, but I don't buy into social norms and I'm not impressed by the things "society" says to be impressed by. I think most of that stereotypical "success" is 99% luck. I'm not interested in outcompeting others or where I stand relative to others. I care about absolutes. Like, is my painting *a nice painting*. Being better than everyone else's painting doesn't matter if my painting isn't to my standards. And being worse than everyone else's painting doesn't matter if my painting *is* to my standards. The most important things in the world to me are art, music, storytelling...that sort of stuff. I'm a very fictionally-oriented person. Obviously I really care about the real world. But to me the well-being of the real world often seems like it's valuable mostly because of the space it makes for beautiful art. Feelings, emotions, vibes, whatever. That is what life is all about to me.
