General

I'm big into Language Learning and I am currently working on my second language (Japanese.) It is a very fun and meaningful part of my life that brings me a sense of purpose and accomplishment, as well as opening up the door for connection with people I'd struggle to connect with otherwise! I'm a multimedia creative with my "home-base" in music, though I'm beginning to dabble in story-writing. All of this is so that I can somehow express this vibrant world that my imagination lives in and has created. In the words of Björk, "Utopia Isn't Elsewhere, It's Here." You'll probably catch me talking about that on my blog at some point, maybe you'll find it interesting! Most importantly of all to me, I adore the Holy Spirit and love the Bible. I believe Jesus is Lord and I cannot begin to express the gratitude I have for Him and His love. He inspires everything good in me, and I wish to become someone who reflects even a fraction of His kindness, love, and patience. I came from a place of rejecting Christ because of the way that Christians acted, I pray I'd be convicted if I ever acted in a manner which would reflect hatefulness, even if my ideas and worldview are unpopular.

Music

My favorite musician of all time is Björk. She changed the way that I think about art and opened my eyes to an entire new realm of what art can be. I'll always be grateful that I have been able to encounter her art. Apart from that, I like quite a few different musicians and styles! Movies

I didn't grow up watching a ton of movies (as, after all, I was more inclined to Music and Video Games.) A couple have stuck with me over time though, mainly Disney and Pixar movies. I have a difficult time picking a personal favorite! The original Diary of a Wimpy Kid movie trilogy are absolutely classics and I adore them to this day.

MLP:FiM and TADC are my recent-ish hyperfixations

Books

I grew up with the Bible and I genuinely believe it's the greatest collection of literature, poetry, history, etc. in the entire world. Apart from that, as a child I absolutely adored the Diary of a Wimpy Kid and Magic Tree House franchises
