Music	I really relate and connect with music. It helps me understand myself and my emotions and how I react to the world around me. To me music is one of the most powerful things a human can create. I have really found who I am as a person through music. I really can't see my life without it. I listen to music everyday and it evokes so much emotion within me. I listen to every, literally every genre of music (including country) but I find myself relaying more to heavier music. As someone who struggles with autism I find that listening to music like this really help me processing emotions I dont understand or am frustrated with instead of getting too worked up and freaking out.
