Roanin's Interests

General	In his spare time, Roanin plays the violin because it brings him comfort. He's always played the instrument, since he was 10 years old. Roanin's other hobby is reading poetry and older literature. For his age, Roanin is very mature and is more polite then most people his age.
Music	Despite his seemingly, distinguished hobbies, Roanin is fond of modern day music. His favorite artists are: Radiohead, Deftones, Pink Floyd, and antihoney. He also likes listening to Classical music and instrumentals.
Movies	These are the references I use/used to draw Roanin:
Television	There may not be many drawings because although he is my favorite, It takes me a while to finish drawings and am busy drawing other things!
Books	In the sketches for Roanin, he has a tail, this was a last minute design choice, mainly because he looked a little too plain for my liking, also I like the idea of angels having more then just some wings. My main inspiration for his design before I thought of all the lore and him being an angel, I was going for more of an owl or hawk kind of look because of the inspo references I used. I want to keep that look just changing the fact that he's now an angel and not a bird person.
Heroes	Roanin is one of my favorite OC's and before I drew him didn't think of him becoming an oc, rather just a one time character, however he was so fun to draw, I just decided to make him an oc.

About me:

Roanin is a former angel that was sent to earth permanently as punishment for disobeying the rules of heaven. His wings and tail are not visible to mortal humans, but his "portal" is visible if he chooses to open it. The hole in Roanin's chest used to lead to heaven, but now has lost all connection in addition to his punishment. The portal now only leads to an empty darkness that holds evil spirits. Roanin slowly adjusts to the mortal realm, going to school, working a decent delivery job, and living in a small apartment above a convenience store. Roanin was 15 when banished from heaven, and since then it has been 3 years he has lived in the human world. Roanin has gained accustomed to living a normal life, blending in as just another human on earth.
