General

Honestly, I love everything. I love art, music, videogames, movies. gundam, lego, science, nature, reading. Anything that has something to do in it, id like it or at the very least appreciate it. but not anything boring or surface level. anything with depth really. tell me about all sorts of cool stuff! I'll love anything unique. Theres no games section so far, but im a massive yakuza, metal gear solid geek. i love emulation and i played symphony of the night and silent hill 1/2, burnout 3/paradise. I loved halo back in its glory days and i like hack and slashes like mgr, nier (platinum games basically) I like souls games and think bloodborne is so pretty and cool.

Music

I dont even know where to start. I play lots of guitar, so obviously, rock, metal, blues and jazz. Im also trying to get into shoegaze and emo, so pls send recs. I LOVEEEEEE JAZZ FUSION. CASIOPEA AND TAKANAKA!!!! as well as steely dan. I like 70s songs like escape (pina coladas song) and brandy you're a fine girl. I love videogame music asw and some anime ost, especially cowboy bebop and samurai champloo. Nujabes and the seatbelts have released such awesome albums for the soundtracks. I'm in a few bands, a small band with like 4 people, and we play odd stuff, so far like alice in chains and slowdive. I'm also in a huge swing band which i lead now where we play really awesome stuff including the cowboy bebop soundtracks. i also play in a jazz band where we mostly just impro over standards.

Movies

I love movies so much!! i think they're the culmination of so many different artforms and i love peeling back the pretty stainless steel outers of movies to expose all its wires and circuitry- all the behind the scene, vfx, sfx, foley, colour grading, camera work, makeup, scriptwriting, directing. Its all so cool to me, and I want to know more and more about it. I like a range of movies, but some of my favourite are by wong kar wai (chungking express, in the mood for love <333, fallen angels). I also love brokeback mountain and shoplifters. I also liked the pianist, no country for old men, fight club, seven samurai, se7en. Overall, i would say i like more artistic movies, but i also like watching really bad slop too for fun sometimes. Theres so many movies ive watched ive lost track, but if you were to mention them, id probably remember.

Television

I like lots of tv shows, including anime. In terms of tv, i loved breaking bad, better call saul, house, dexter, schitts creek. I am a GIANT house fan (its never lupus) and equally a breaking bad fan. If I was a bb character, i think i would be saul. I love all the trivia and quirks the older shows have to offer. In terms of animation/ anime, i liked common side effects, arcane, aot, death note, grand blue dreaming, evangelion, monster, vinland saga, ajin demi human, dorohedoro, rick and morty, inside job, ALL of JJBA, fullmetal alchemist <33. GREATTTT TEACHER ONIZUKA!

Books

I read a lot of books. currently, im reading count of monte cristo, but what ive read so far recently is, one flew over the cuckoos nest, lots of murakami, thousand splendid suns, kite runner, white nights and i dont remember much more, but there is a lot more. I love manga asw- vagabond, the fable, real, tokyo ghoul, JJBA, junji ito, aot, BERSERKKK RAHH, oyasumi punpun, 20th century boys, THE CLIMBERRR, chainsaw man, fire punch. I like to draw in manga style asw, especially vagabond and dorohedoro, cause of the unique artstyles.

Heroes

I love batman, im reading absolute batman rn and its so good and i liked the superman movie. I love the art in comics, especially stuff like todd mcfarlanes spawn, which im still yet to read. I love musicians like hendrix, larry carlton, kurt cobain, jeff buckley, bb king, ryo fukui, wes motgomery, john coltrane, tyler the creator, david gilmour,
