I read classical literature. My favorite book is "Schoolgirl" by Osamu Dazai, with my close second being "White nights" by Fyodor Dostoevsky. I've also read The Setting Sun, No Longer Human, Crime and Punishment, and some stories from The House of the Dead (such as Akulka's Husband). I am a casual reader, only reading once in a while due to being busy with life, but I like really fleshed out and emotion-provoking literature. I am trying to carve out more time to get into mystery and horror. I seldom read manga, but my longstanding favorite has been Alice in Borderland!! My favorite character is Chishiya Shuntarou.
