General	I'm intrigued by psychology, sociology, philosophy, religion, and some teachings of Buddhism, especially meditation. I want to start studying psychology and sociology soon.

Books	I have been reading books titled "Coming to Our Senses" by Jon Kabat-zinn, and "Distant Mental Influence" by William Braud, Ph. D which are both very deep into psychology. I haven't read much of Distant Mental Influence, but I love Coming to Our Senses because it is very suggestive of meditation, mindfulness, and a few other teachings of Buddhism, although the author is not Buddhist. I have learnt a lot about how to perceive my life from this book! Distant Mental Influence has discussed telepathy and parapsychology so far. I don't believe it currently, but the idea is interesting. The book introduction mentions a test that two distanced people can do to test their interconnected conciousness, and one person supposedly thinks something related to what the other person was doing.

About me:

I'm an environmentalist who encourages properly recycling by making sure that what is prepared to recycle is recyclable at the area it is sent to, and being mindful with one's choices and their outcomes. I believe that protecting earth should be our priority because earth is the sole source of life and it provides simplicity and peace when seen as valuable, and humans are the only conscious beings that can structure the state of the planet. I also encourage meditating/practicing awareness to find the roots of yourself. ☮️ My blog provides videos that helped me overcome my social media addiction and be more aware of the life around me, and I believe that those videos will help other people!
